This is a tool which allows the multidisciplinary teams to put together the singularity of each case, locate the points of difficulty and / or blockage of the relationship of the patient and his treatment and to elaborate together suitable answers for each patient.Construction of the case is a mechanism, not only useful to face the problems that arise in our therapeutic relationship with the patients and their treatment, it becomes wealthproducing for the nurses by providing them with a new approach that allows personalized attention.
